Calurosa Sanitarium is an expansive full-length horror adventure set in the hallowed halls of Calurosa Sanitarium, a convent turned madhouse, situated on the ragged edge of the frontier. Inside those crumbling adobe walls lies an asylum gone quiet, its staff scattered, its west wing swallowed by a strange black veil that twists halls, memories, and monsters alike.

Players wander room to room through a sun-blasted holy house turned nightmare maze: haunted chapels, padded cells filled with mad mages, galleries full of half-mad visions, and cryptid-ridden shadows that stalk like coyotes in the dark. At the heart of it all sits a story of art and madness, with a prophet whose fractured memories hold the key to the madness that has taken root.
